Why coffeericeandbeans?
There's a common saying in rural Costa Rica:
For breakfast I have coffee, rice and beans. For lunch, I have rice, beans and coffee. For dinner, I have beans, rice and coffee. That way I never get bored.
Our satisfaction with what we have in life often depends less on what we have, and more on how we see it. One example of the uncomplicated wisdom of the people of Costa Rica.
Plus, I happen to like coffee, rice and beans.
